Our beginner courses for 2025 have been completed.
Depending on demand, we may run some more courses in 2026.

Typically, our courses follow the program below. They are usually structured such that you compete in a short course triathlon at the end of the course.

We will program:-
Technique sessions to learn efficient swimming strokes, effective cycling skills, and injury-preventing running form.
Transitions practice to master the art of seamlessly moving between swim, bike, and run.
Nutritional guidance: Fuel your body for optimal performance and recovery.
And you’ll have a supportive community of fellow beginners and experienced club members to motivate you and share your journey.
